Japanese Conference, Workshop, Exhibition Subsidy Program (ongoing until 2/15/2023 or funds are depleted)

Details: Calling all JET alumni located in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania! Ever want to learn shodo? How about attending a Japanese business etiquette workshop? Or what about learning about Japanese artist, Isamu Noguchi? Well, JETAANY's excited to help you learn more about Japan, people of Japanese descent , or Japanese culture. With the subsidy program, we'll reimburse up to $30 for your event.

Please fill out this form if you're interested in getting reimbursed for your event. If you're selected, you're expected to provide proof of payment, write a 1-page reflection on how the program helped your understanding of Japanese culture, relations, etc., and provide at least one picture of your attendance. Demand may exceed supply, so not all those that fill out the form will receive the award. Please note that only one subsidy may be granted per JET alumnus.
