Details: For our next book club (virtual) meeting, we'll discuss All the Lovers in the Night by bestselling author Mieko Kawakami (Breasts and Eggs). It's the tale of a solitary, sake-drinking freelance editor in her thirties who decides to make a long overdue change. “Kawakami’s novel is uncompromisingly candid in its appraisal of the harm women inflict on one another, while never losing sight of the overarching structures that lead them to do so in the first place.
