Report to: One of the board member who is in charge of administration

Duties: (subject to change)

All administrative work for this organization including:
– scheduling and managing monthly board meeting
– contacting/negotiating with NY Hospitality Alliance over some topics
– contacting professionals (lawyers, accountants) by request from board member
– bookkeeping / expense management
– event planning and fundraising etc

Time: 2-3 full days a week
Compensation: 30-40k/year
Benefits: TBD
Language: Japanese, English
Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Preferred: Restaurant business experience
