Job title: Accounts Payable/Accounting Assistant Manager

Qualifications/requirements: Open envelope of various invoices, prepare voucher package for payment approval and obtain payment approval

Make payable data entries and post AP & PO to general ledger

Issue checks, obtain signature and mail out checks to vendors

Monthly closing of AP and PO Assist in preparing schedules for annual and semi-annual closing & audit.

Filing of various AP & accounting documents Other projects will be assigned as needed

Qualification / Requirements: 4~6 years of general accounting experience including accounts payable and other accounting area Bilingual (Chinese) preferred

Salary: $35,000-45,000/year, Full-time Non-Exempt position
