Reporting to the Administrative Director of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate and the Associate Director of the Richman Center the incumbent is responsible for providing coordination and assistance, to coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, to support events management delivery and act as a liaison with certain internal and external constituents. The Coordinator also provides the research and analysis capability for administrative reports and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinates all aspects of executive support for the Administrative Director of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate and the Associate Director of the Richman Center, including clerical and administrative tasks, schedules, calendars, office equipment, and supplies.

2. In conjunction with the Financial Planning Office, the Administrative Director (PMC), and Associate Director (Richman Center), is responsible for processing and coordinating specific aspects of program and research expense budgets; prepares, tracks, and maintains related records, including expense reports.

3. Functions as a liaison with Business School and University offices, as directed.

4. Coordinates all travel, meeting, and conference attendance arrangements.

5. Supports the planning and management of logistical aspects of the two Centers\’ various events. Supports coordination of the invitation process and follow-up, attendance tracking, location, catering, event set-up, materials preparation and distribution, event staffing, post-event review, and documentation.

6. Tracks and archives certain information in the database of each Center.

7. Provides administrative support regarding ongoing research, and supports the production of print material and other promotional work.

8. Performs related work and special projects for the Administrative Director (PMC) and Associate Director (Richman Center), as needed.
Minimum Qualifications for Grade

Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant:

Bachelor\’s degree and/or its equivalent required. One to two years related experience required, specifically working in an office environment.

Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite Pro (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Demonstrated writing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required. Facility with design of presentation materials and attention to detail are important aspects of executing tasks coordinator. Must be a flexible team player, able to function independently, and to exercise discretion and judgment about sensitive and confidential matters. Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines and a large volume of detailed information required. Occasional early mornings and evenings required.
