Gohan Society in New York has invited JETAANY members to attend the dinner at All\’onda with Koji Hagihara of Hakata Tonton at their member price of $105.

Chef Chris Jaeckle of All\’onda, the modern Italian restaurant near Union Square, teams up with Hakata Tonton\’s Chef Koji Hagihara to prepare a six-course tasting menu that brings the flavors of Italy and Japan together in delicious ramen dishes.


1st course
Shellfish Ravioli- Bonito poultry dashi – Koji Hagihara
Culingionis “Gyoza”- Veal breast, colatura dip – Chris Jaeckle

2nd course
Okinawa Style Ramen Bolognese- Koji Hagihara
Bigoli- oxtail ragu, radicchio, mint- Chris Jaeckle

3rd course
Berkshire pork Chashu Ramen- wood ear mushroom, ginger, bonito- Koji Hagihara
Ramen- lamb belly, eggplant, tomato chili oil- Chris Jaeckle

*The ticket price includes Sake pairing, tax and tip.
