Check out photos from the Osechi Ryori Cooking Class on December 10th!


A great time was had by all at the Osechi Ryori Cooking class held on Saturday, December 10th at 1 pm in Brooklyn. Junko Asano, a licensed chef and food coordinator, instructed participants in preparing the following: Namasu (a Japanese New Year’s Salad), Datemaki (a sweet rolled omelette) and Ozoni (a Japanese soup containing mochi rice cakes).
