She will begin by demonstrating the otemae (procedure for making tea) and will serve tea to each participant; Meanwhile Cha-An will provide hand made wagashi, Gyuhi. After the Otemae, Ms. Nakai will talk about the history of tea ceremony including the hand made wagashi.
