2010 Annual JETAANY Softball Tournament Red Hook, Brooklyn Date: Saturday September 18, 2010 Opening Ceremony: 9:00am First game: 9:30am Location: Red Hook Brooklyn The slow pitch softball tournament is a full day event, starting with the opening ceremony at 9:00am in Red Hook, Brooklyn.  The day is sure to be fun-filled whether you’re a player or spectator, with an after party near the field to reward us for all of our hard work.  All levels of softball players welcome!  The JETAANY team is guaranteed to play at least three games and more if they win. Japanese pitchers Takahashi Hisanori and Igarashi Ryota make the Mets one of the few MLB teams with more than two Japanese players. Traditional Taiko Drumming by Soh Daiko will be featured as the Pre-Game on-field entertainment, special Mets Spirit Awards ceremony and a Scoreboard Welcome.
