Temaki Sushi is very popular at home in Japan because it is easy to prepare. You will learn how to cook sushi rice, roll sushi by hand, buy fresh sushi grade fish and other ingredients, and then get all the practical information for making sushi at home. Once you learn to prepare sushi at home, you will eat your favorite sushi over and over again!
Ms. Hideko Colton is born and raised in Japan, living in NY for 20 years. Strong passion and love for cooking, started cooking since 10 years old, and learned cooking basics at CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in Hyde Park, NY. After working for Investment Bank for 10 years, she started this cooking and party event company COLTONS NEWYORK LLC. Their services are Japanese food special class, party or entertainment food class, celebrity chef cooking class, and special catering Service.
