What is dimsum? Dimsum are delicious Chinese hors d’oeuvres usually eaten for brunch. Servers wheel around carts full of these tasty delights. Dimsum come in many varieties: from steamed to deep fried, seafood to vegetable and just about everything in between. There’s definitely something for everyone and even some interesting combinations for those adventurous gastronomes.
