  • It’s time for another installment of Nihongo Dake Dinner, the last chance to speak Japanese this summer. Please bring your Japanese friends, your thinking caps and your desire to speak the Nihongo! This month we’ll go to TakeSushi, a traditional Japanese restaurant, where they’ve created a set menu of sushi, appetizers, and desserts especially for JETTANY. The owner said their waiting staff will speak Japanese to us (don’t worry, you can always ask for English if need be). Date: Monday, August 31, 2009 Time: 7pm Price: $30, which includes all food for the night: Sushi, Appetizers, Kushiage, Dessert. Drinks are separate, as usual. Also come for the Harrison Street Regatta Kayaking race. You can watch or participate in this 1 mile paddling course! Finally, end the day with some Ultimate Frisbee fun in the park (look for us around 77th St.).
